Albemarle Street Partners launched five actively managed ETF model portfolios on Nov. 3, spanning cautious to equity and built predominantly from WisdomTree ETFs.
Fees were not disclosed for the five models: Core Cautious, Core Balanced, Core Moderately Adventurous, Core Adventurous and Core Equity. The company said each combines strategic and tactical asset allocation and uses third-party ETFs where WisdomTree's lineup does not provide an exposure.
Advisors whose clients hold Albemarle Street's open-architecture models now have a second core option built mainly from WisdomTree ETFs. WisdomTree bought the manager in May. The existing range remains unchanged, so the choice for a client is between a core built mainly from one issuer's ETFs and one selected across providers. Issuer concentration inside the underlying holdings is the first thing to check in due diligence.
Charlie Parker, head of Albemarle Street Partners, said advisor and client needs are evolving and intergenerational wealth planning is becoming an increasingly important focus. "We are seeing the next generation of investors wanting greater visibility over where they are invested and having access to specific investment ideas and long-term trends that may be difficult in model portfolios," he said. He added that the open-architecture range remains central to the firm's offering.
The firm said the launch responds to pension changes from April 2027 and to younger investors who want visibility over holdings plus exposure to themes such as commodities and artificial intelligence.
Private Wealth Daily reported on Oct. 29 that WisdomTree and Return Stacked plan co-branded model portfolios via Quorus, overseen by a WisdomTree model portfolio committee that manages about $9.5 billion.
Albemarle Street will rebrand as WisdomTree Portfolio Solutions in February 2027, as Private Wealth Daily previously reported.
