Blackstone Private Credit Fund (BCRED) received third-quarter repurchase requests equal to 10% of net asset value, twice the fund's 5% quarterly cap, and it filled roughly half of what investors tendered.

The result was $1.4 billion in net outflows for the quarter, meaning the fund paid at its maximum 5% quarterly cap. The remaining half of the queue stays subject to future windows.

For advisors using BCRED as a private-credit sleeve, a redemption request above the 5% quarterly cap is filled only pro rata and the unfilled portion remains subject to future windows. A client who tenders a large block will not receive full cash in a single quarter.
