Capital Group filed two U.S. multi-asset income ETF registrations

Irish regulators approved four active UCITS ETFs from Capital Group the same week.

At a glance

  1. Each carries a separate filer number: Capital Group Multi-Asset Income ETF, CIK 0002135590, and Capital Group Multi-Asset Income Builder ETF, CIK 0002135658.
  2. Twelve amendment filings landed on Oct. 9 from Select Sector SPDR Trust, UBS Series Funds, Baillie Gifford Funds, EA Series Trust, REX ETF Trust, Segall Bryant & Hamill Trust and Tidal Trust V, among others.
  3. Vanguard launched a USD high-yield UCITS ETF on Oct. 9 at a 0.15% fee.

Capital Group filed Form N-1A registration statements for two U.S. multi-asset income ETFs on Oct. 8, the only new-fund registrations in the week's filing record. Each carries a separate filer number: Capital Group Multi-Asset Income ETF, CIK 0002135590, and Capital Group Multi-Asset Income Builder ETF, CIK 0002135658.

The same week, Capital Group won Irish approval for four active UCITS ETFs expected to launch in Europe and Asia-Pacific in the first quarter of 2027.

Twelve amendment filings landed on Oct. 9 from Select Sector SPDR Trust, UBS Series Funds, Baillie Gifford Funds, EA Series Trust, REX ETF Trust, Segall Bryant & Hamill Trust and Tidal Trust V, among others.

Vanguard launched a USD high-yield UCITS ETF on Oct. 9 at a 0.15% fee. M&G Investments launched a Diversified Private Credit Feeder LTAF with $74 million in initial capital on Oct. 12, our records show, and Fidelity International launched two equity income UCITS ETFs with call-writing overlays, seeded with USD 5 million from Susquehanna.

M&G's vehicle is a private credit feeder rather than an ETF, so its $74 million reflects appetite for the underlying credit strategy more than demand for a wrapper.
