Crow Holdings refinanced Old Parkland East Campus, a recently completed 289,113-square-foot office addition in Dallas, with a seven-year loan from capital accounts advised by KKR, according to Connect CRE, which first reported the transaction. JLL’s capital markets debt advisory team worked on behalf of the borrower.

The refinancing follows the May 2026 refinancing of Old Parkland West Campus, which JLL also arranged. JLL’s East Campus team was led by John Rose, Ryan Pollack and Jordan Buck.

The two loans are separate credits with separate maturities: East Campus runs seven years from its own closing, while the West Campus loan closed in May. A lender on the East Campus is not taking the refinancing risk of the West Campus.

East Campus consists of Providence Hall, Resolute Tower and Endeavor Hall, three Neoclassical-style office buildings that each sit above a three-story below-grade parking garage spanning a full city block. The Orangery, a food and beverage amenity for tenants, is part of East Campus.
