  1. Forum Markets said the GPUs are expected to be deployed in Dallas in late December or early January at an existing, powered facility.
  2. The deal works out to about $2.6 million a month over 36 months; the GPU count and megawatts were not specified, so the per-unit rate cannot be compared with wholesale colocation or cloud GPU pricing.
  3. The venture's initial portfolio includes 2MW of a 4MW Dallas data center, a 9MW campus in High Point, North Carolina, and a 1-2MW mobile communications tower site, Forum Markets announced earlier this month.

Forum Edge AI, the joint venture of Forum Markets and Edge Node Inc., signed a 36-month, $94.4 million reservation of Nvidia B300 GPU capacity for inference provider Fireworks at its Dallas data center.

Forum Markets said the GPUs are expected to be deployed in Dallas in late December or early January at an existing, powered facility. Chairman and CEO McAndrew Rudisill said the contract is Forum Edge's first finalized customer agreement and the first of several partnerships the venture expects to deploy.

Two megawatts in Dallas, nine in High Point

The venture's initial portfolio includes 2MW of a 4MW Dallas data center, a 9MW campus in High Point, North Carolina, and a 1-2MW mobile communications tower site, Forum Markets announced earlier this month. Edge Node AI operates 2MW in Dallas today, with another 2MW coming later this year or early next year for the joint venture.

Fireworks was last valued at about $17.5 billion and counts Nvidia, Atreides Management, Index Ventures and TCV among its backers. It rents GPU servers and sells access to open-source AI models, competing with Together AI and Baseten. Oracle said last year that Fireworks is among its customers; Fireworks also uses GPUs from Voltage Park and operates across 30 regions in Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.

Forum Markets is a Nasdaq-listed asset manager that previously described its business as tokenization of institutional-grade real-world assets on Ethereum. It now lists AI infrastructure first among the cash-generating assets it invests in, alongside commercial aerospace, manufactured housing finance and auto credit. Edge Node, founded last year in Texas, markets "Tokens-as-a-Service" and low-latency compute and inference. If deployment lands on schedule, the 36-month term runs into late 2029.
