- Gator and TenGrove were the only new trusts in the filing batch.
- Advisors comparing ANGV and ANGG costs against SEI's existing funds will have to wait for the prospectus.
- Tradr added LEUX, MPWX and COHX on Oct. 23, three 2x daily lines in Investment Managers Series Trust II, each named for a single stock identified only by its ticker.
Gator Capital Investment Trust and TenGrove ETF Trust filed Form N-1A registration statements with the SEC on Nov. 2 and Oct. 30, the initial filing before a first fund, SEC filings show.
Gator and TenGrove were the only new trusts in the filing batch. Trusts already registered filed 485-series amendments over the same stretch: DWS Market Trust, Goldman Sachs ETF Trust and John Hancock Exchange-Traded Fund Trust on Nov. 2; First Trust Exchange-Traded Fund, Roundhill ETF Trust, PGIM ETF Trust and Davis Fundamental ETF Trust on Oct. 30; Invesco Actively Managed Exchange-Traded Fund Trust and ETF Series Solutions on Oct. 29; and WisdomTree Trust, GraniteShares ETF Trust, Simplify Exchange Traded Funds, Madison ETFs Trust and SEI Exchange Traded Funds on Oct. 28. ETF Series Solutions filed three 485APOS amendments on Oct. 29, Elevation Series Trust two on Oct. 28, and Roundhill a 485BPOS on Oct. 29 and a 485APOS the following day. An N-1A registers a fund. The 485APOS and 485BPOS forms amend a registration already in force.
Advisors comparing ANGV and ANGG costs against SEI's existing funds will have to wait for the prospectus. SEI Exchange Traded Funds filed its 485BPOS amendment on Oct. 28, the same day ANGV and ANGG appeared in the listing record, and neither ticker carries a fund name or an expense ratio in the listing record.
Tradr added LEUX, MPWX and COHX on Oct. 23, three 2x daily lines in Investment Managers Series Trust II, each named for a single stock identified only by its ticker. That day also brought xETFs Samsung Group ETF and Overlay Shares Nasdaq 100 Income ETF in Listed Funds Trust, and John Hancock's JIDG listed in its own trust. Direxion's ANTO and ANTD, filed for in October as 2x Anthropic funds, appeared in the record on Oct. 27.
Gator and TenGrove hold registrations and no tickers. The next entry in each trust's file would be a 485 amendment naming a first series and setting a fee.
Listings landed first; the two new trusts filed last
