GEM and Regal file $830M in fund offerings

Fee and liquidity terms were not disclosed.

GEM and Regal filed new fund offerings totaling $830.1 million with the SEC in late October, according to SEC filings.

GEM filed a $685 million offering for GEM Independent Sponsors Fund II LP on Oct. 30, and Regal registered Regal Tactical Opportunities (Offshore) Fund at $145.1 million on Oct. 29.

For secondary-market allocators, neither is a secondaries fund close or continuation vehicle: GEM's vehicle is an independent sponsors fund, and Regal's is an offshore tactical fund.
