Mercer Advisors closed a $1.9 billion debt refinancing on Oct. 8, our deal log shows.
Goldman Sachs led the oversubscribed raise, which the coverage describes as the firm's first syndicated loan.
The same transaction added a $340 million revolving credit facility, and Mercer projects the refinancing will produce $35 million to $40 million in interest savings next year.
Set against the $1.9 billion refinanced, the low and high ends of that savings range equal about 1.8% and 2.1% of the balance.
