One flagship, two sector pairs and a feeder

The numeral in Onex Partners VI LP places it as the sixth flagship vehicle in the series. It sits alongside Onex Partners VI A LP and Onex Partners VI B LP, a pattern commonly used for parallel vehicles for investors in different tax positions or jurisdictions.

The sector sleeves copy that shape: Onex Partners Aerospace & Aviation LP with an A vehicle, and Onex Partners Financial Services LP with an A vehicle. Tempo Investments LP pairs with Tempo Investments Feeder LP, the pooled-intermediary structure managers use for investors who commit through a vehicle rather than directly.
