Raymond James posts record fiscal 2026 net revenue of $15.79 billion

Fee-based Private Client Group assets rose 15% year over year, and asset management and related administrative fees grew 23% in the fourth quarter.

At a glance

  1. Domestic Private Client Group net new assets were $98 billion, up 88% from fiscal 2025.
  2. Fourth-quarter net revenues were $4.27 billion, up 15% from a year earlier.
  3. For an advisor weighing a recruiting pitch or benchmarking their own book, the two growth rates to compare are 88% on domestic net new assets and 15% on Private Client Group assets in fee-based accounts, which the firm said reached a record.

Raymond James Financial reported record fiscal 2026 net revenues of $15.79 billion, up 12% from fiscal 2025, on Oct. 28. Domestic Private Client Group net new assets were $98 billion, up 88% from fiscal 2025.

Fourth-quarter net revenues were $4.27 billion, up 15% from a year earlier. Asset management and related administrative fees, the main driver, grew 23% to $2.31 billion, equal to about 54% of quarterly net revenues. Net income available to common shareholders was $666 million, or $3.40 per diluted share. Adjusted net income was $703 million, or $3.59 per diluted share, excluding $37 million of acquisition-related expenses, net of tax.

For an advisor weighing a recruiting pitch or benchmarking their own book, the two growth rates to compare are 88% on domestic net new assets and 15% on Private Client Group assets in fee-based accounts, which the firm said reached a record. The 88% increase implies domestic net new assets of about $52 billion in fiscal 2025, so the firm gathered nearly twice as much as it did the year before. Fee-based assets generate recurring asset management fees, which makes the 15% rate the more durable of the two.

For the full year, record diluted earnings per share of $11.91 and record adjusted diluted earnings per share of $12.41 each rose 16% over fiscal 2025, and adjusted return on tangible common equity was 23%. "We delivered our sixth consecutive year of record annual revenues and earnings," CEO Paul Shoukry said, crediting "solid financial advisor retention and record recruiting results."

As Private Wealth Daily previously reported, a September 2026 recruiting scoreboard compared client assets at public wealth firms, the peer set Raymond James competes with for advisors.

Shoukry said the firm enters fiscal 2027 with "several geopolitical and macroeconomic uncertainties" but with record client asset levels, a strong investment banking pipeline and what he described as attractive growth opportunities across its businesses.
