Rosenwald Private Wealth, a six-person Baltimore team managing about $1.1 billion in client assets, has joined Indivisible Partners from RBC Wealth Management, Indivisible announced in a release dated Oct. 9. Our tracking dates the team's move to Oct. 13.

Set against the $2,079,652,688 in regulatory assets Indivisible reported, the team's book is a bit more than half the platform, roughly 53% by our arithmetic. The $1.1 billion figure is client assets the team manages, while the $2.08 billion is the firm's regulatory filing total; the two are different measures taken at different moments, and the filing may not yet include a team that arrived this month.

The practice has served high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients for nearly three decades, according to the announcement, which names Beth Rosenwald, Matthew Kunkel and Leksi Kovalerchik as its leaders. Our records list six advisory members, including Brennan Dunn, Andrew Conn and Seth Jones.

"At the center of this decision is our commitment to serving clients in a way that reflects their evolving needs," Rosenwald, a founding partner of the practice, said in the release. Independence, she said, allows the team to "maintain the relationships and planning philosophy that have guided our practice while providing additional flexibility in how we operate and support clients."

The work extends past portfolio management, per the release: retirement planning, trust and estate considerations, charitable giving, risk management, tax strategy and wealth transfer. Indivisible describes the practice's clients as high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and multigenerational families.

What RBC loses

RBC Wealth Management loses the team and roughly $1.1 billion in client assets, according to the announcement and our tracking. The release does not specify the team's revenue or production at RBC.

Indivisible's platform

IREI reported six advisory teams representing more than $3 billion in assets have affiliated with the platform in recent months; it did not specify whether Rosenwald Private Wealth was among them.

Indivisible is an advisor-owned growth partnership, and the release says it provides operational infrastructure, security, technology resources, family office services, strategic solutions and support. IREI describes a model in which advisers retain full ownership of their business while participating in the growth and equity of the broader organization, with business development support, marketing consulting, growth coaching and succession-planning resources.

The release, issued from Clearwater, Fla., says the practice will operate as an independent advisory firm with the same team and approach.
