U.S. REITs raised $19.8 billion in Q3 2026, matching Q2, Nareit data show

Year-to-date issuance of $65.7 billion trails the $67.9 billion raised through the third quarter of 2025.

U.S. REITs raised $19.8 billion in the third quarter of 2026 through secondary debt and equity offerings, matching the second quarter's total, Connect CRE reported, citing Nareit data.

Year-to-date, REITs have raised $65.7 billion, a figure the reporting describes as including at-the-market fundraising only through the second quarter. That is about $2.2 billion less than the $67.9 billion raised in the year through the third quarter of 2025, so the two totals may not cover identical periods.
