Options analytics for advisors: downside-protection hedges, covered-call income and risk analysis on client portfolios
Boston, MA, USadaptive-investments.comNot yet confirmed by the company
Adaptive provides options analytics that let advisors add hedging and income overlays to portfolios clients already hold. It sells subscriptions to individual advisors and advisory firms, a lower tier to self-directed investors, and enterprise licensing with API access and on-premise hosting.
Tools include Market Shield for pricing index-option downside protection, a portfolio protection calculator, a risk contribution chart, covered-call income planning and backtesting, a monthly Options Intelligence report, and a structured note pricer for estimating fair value. Advisor plans cover multiple portfolios and produce client-facing reports; the firm plan adds multiple users, a dedicated rep and broker integration.
Adaptive Investment Solutions LLC is based in Boston and was co-founded by CEO Philip Sun and president Nathaniel Wice; an affiliated SEC-registered adviser, Adaptive Advisers LLC, provides investment advice. Pricing: Investor $25/month, Advisor $65/month, Advisor Firm $500/month with a 3-month minimum, plus a 30-day free trial.
