What it does

EncorEstate Plans offers estate planning software and back-office support that financial advisors use to get client wills and trusts drafted, signed and funded. Its users include financial advisors, advanced planning teams and estate attorneys.

Advisors invite clients to build state-specific revocable living trusts, restatements, will-based plans and powers of attorney and health care directives in an advisor-branded workflow. Drafting options include special needs trust provisions, corporate trustee language, QDOT terms for non-citizen spouses and gifts with age or incentive conditions. Every document passes a 60-point human quality check by the company's estate planners and paralegals, and optional attorney review is available. The company also pulls the last recorded deed, prepares a new deed where needed and files it with the county, a service it says covers 95% of US counties and is open to non-customers. An upload tool turns an existing plan into a visual summary, and advisors get unlimited phone, chat and email support plus white-labeled guides.

The company was founded in 2021 by Matt Morris and Mike Bennett and describes itself as bootstrapped, with no venture or private equity backers. Pricing is pay-as-you-go with no monthly fee: $650 for a trust-based plan, $400 for a will-based plan, $300 for deed filing and $150 for a plan summary.
