What it does

FiduciaryRx is FiduciaryWorks' software for retirement plan advisors who serve 401(k) and 403(b) plan sponsors. It is sold to advisory practices that want a standard way to evaluate a plan's governance and present findings to committees and prospects.

The platform produces a Fiduciary Wellness score for a plan, tracks it over time and generates branded recommendations and client deliverables, which FiduciaryWorks now describes as AI-assisted. It sits alongside the company's other advisor products: FeeMetriks for DOL rollover (PTE 2020-02) analysis and documentation using Form 5500 fee data, and Fiduciary U, a committee-training and education program.

FiduciaryWorks (FeeMetriks, LLC) was launched in 2021 by Josh Itzoe, a former partner at Greenspring Advisors, and lists an address in Towson, Maryland. FiduciaryRx launched in March 2022; at launch it was sold as part of an annual advisor membership.
