Hazel AI

Hazel is an AI software product for financial advisory firms, offered by Altruist Corp, whose disclosures name its broker-dealer Altruist Financial LLC. It is sold by the seat to advisors and, on enterprise terms, to larger firms; the company says more than 1,000 firms use it.

The base platform records and transcribes client meetings, prepares briefings with an agenda and a summary of activity since the last meeting, and drafts follow-up emails and tasks in the firm's voice for review. It builds a profile for each client from meetings, emails, uploaded financial and tax documents, custodial records and CRM entries, and each data point links back to its source. Advisors can query that data in a chat window to produce charts and PDFs, and managers get post-meeting measures such as client sentiment and speaking share. Firms can set their own templates and prompts. Two add-on agents extend the platform: a tax planning agent for multi-year strategy, Roth conversions and capital gains, and a financial planning agent that drafts plans covering cash flow, retirement, investments, insurance and estate topics.

Published prices are $60 per seat per month for the platform, $160 for the tax planning agent and $300 for the financial planning agent, with a 14-day trial. Hazel connects to calendar, email and CRM systems.
