Client action-item tracking and automated reminders for financial advisors
Boston, MA, USknudge.com
Knudge is a task-accountability tool that advisors use to assign action items to clients and follow up until they are done. It was built by a financial planning firm for its own clients and is sold to independent advisors, with custom arrangements for broker-dealers and larger organizations.
Advisors assign tasks from a dashboard that rolls up open items across the client base and flags what needs attention. Clients get reminders by email, text or push notification on a schedule they choose, can see a shared household to-do list, and can reply through in-app messaging that stays attached to each item; they do not need to log in. Knudge keeps an audit trail for SEC and FINRA purposes and supports CSV import and sync from CRMs, plus an integration with Quin.
Knudge Inc. is based in Boston. A free tier covers up to 13 contacts; the Professional plan is $79/month for one seat plus $39 per additional user when billed annually ($99 and $49 monthly).
