Social Security claiming optimization for advisors, Medicare brokers and annuity producers, with optional expert review
Independentmyssagent.com
MySSAgent is a Social Security claiming analysis platform sold to financial advisors, Medicare brokers and annuity producers, with a separate consumer offering. It positions itself as an independent alternative to SSAnalyzer for advisors.
The engine evaluates every monthly claiming age from 62 to 70 against a client's actual earnings record, which can be pulled from the client's ssa.gov statement via a Chrome extension without entering a Social Security number. It handles spousal coordination and survivor benefits and produces co-branded or white-label PDF reports. Firms can add per-case review by a Registered Social Security Analyst for complex households, and higher tiers add a multi-advisor console and firm-level reporting. It reports a SOC 2 Type I report.
MySSAgent was started by a mother-daughter team, Patrice Ayling and Jacqueline Payne, and describes itself as independently owned. Advisor licensing is priced by households analyzed rather than seats: Professional is $1,990 a year (or $181 a month) for 25 households; Premium and Enterprise are quoted.
