Revenue-based theme exposure, fund look-through and 13F peer benchmarking for RIAs, platforms and ETF issuers
Boston, MA, USstratanova.io
StrataNova is an analytics platform that measures what portfolios, funds and stocks are exposed to by mapping each company's revenue across a set of investment themes rather than a single sector code. It is sold to investment teams at RIAs and hedge funds, wealth platforms and TAMPs, ETF issuers, and data partners.
The platform looks through ETFs and mutual funds and merges them with directly held positions, runs stress scenarios that estimate how much of a book's revenue is at risk, and benchmarks theme weights against RIAs of similar size using 13F filings. It also tracks quarterly buying and selling by RIA cohorts, compares funds by theme overlap and fees, scores companies, and publishes theme indexes. A separate module, Strata Thesis, lets ETF issuers design rules-based thematic funds.
StrataNova Capital LLC is based in Boston and was founded by Jack Mulcahy. It says it does not manage money or make trade recommendations. Pricing is not published; demos are booked by call.
