The Oct. 21 Form D dates the first sale to July 1, 2022; related persons include Blue Owl Alternative Credit Advisors.

$916.3MInterests sold to date by the Cayman evergreen vehicle

Blue Owl Asset Income Fund Evergreen (Cayman) LP had sold $916.3 million of interests, according to a Form D filed with the SEC on Oct. 21.

The filing dates its first sale to July 1, 2022, making the $916.3 million a cumulative figure spanning more than four years. It classifies the issuer as an Other Investment Fund within the pooled investment fund industry group and names four related persons: Blue Owl Asset Income Evergreen GP LP, Blue Owl Alternative Credit Advisors LLC, Ivan Zinn and Alan Kirshenbaum.

Because the Form D gives no fee, repurchase or minimum-investment terms, the $916.3 million shows the scale of sales but not the cost or liquidity an allocator would need to evaluate the vehicle.
