Client payment and money-movement workflow automation for RIAs and family offices, using custodian APIs
Founded 2023Venture-backedatomicinsights.ioNot yet confirmed by the company
Atomic Insights automates client money movement for RIAs and family offices. Operations and client service teams use it to request, approve, execute and report on payments from client accounts in one workspace instead of custodian portals and spreadsheets.
The platform captures payment requests, routes them through approvals, and sends them to custodians and banks over real-time APIs, keeping an audit trail of each step. In June 2026 it went live with ACH payments on Charles Schwab's Move Money Transfers API, with wires, checks and journals planned next. Cash-flow reporting combines money-movement data from several sources for clients, and onboarding imports custodian account data alongside CRM relationships. Listed API integrations are Schwab, Salesforce, Addepar, Arch and Canoe.
Atomic Insights was founded in 2023 by wealth managers and operations staff and is backed by Aquiline, having raised a $10 million seed round. It reports anchor RIA and family office clients with more than $100 billion of assets on the platform. Pricing is by demo.
