What it does
AutoCIO is an AI portfolio management platform developed by Arabesque AI, a London firm whose former arabesque.com domain now points to the product. It is sold to professional investors, including asset managers, private banks and wealth advisors who want to build customised portfolios across many mandates and risk profiles.
Users can build portfolios from scratch using daily AI return forecasts covering more than 50,000 equities, or upload existing holdings by CSV, Excel or PDF so the platform can suggest rebalancing within set constraints. It includes backtesting, attribution, search across 50,000+ funds, custom rebalancing rules and API and Python SDK access, and it is available inside Google Gemini Enterprise.
Arabesque was formed in 2013 through a management buyout from Barclays and set up its AI unit in 2019; AutoCIO launched in 2021. Published pricing is $25k a year for a single user, $120k for enterprise teams and $450k for single-tenancy deployment.
