Cloud wealth management operating system for European wealth managers, family offices and private banks
Copenhagen, DKFounded 2020Venture-backedperformativ.com
Performativ is a Copenhagen-based cloud platform that runs the core operations of wealth firms in one system. It sells to independent wealth and asset managers, multi-family offices, investment advisors and, increasingly, private banks, mainly in the Nordics, Benelux, Germany and Switzerland, with EU data residency.
The platform holds holdings, transactions and private assets in one data model and covers discretionary, advisory and model-based mandates across multiple custodians, including rebalancing, trading, analytics, consolidated reporting, fee management, onboarding and compliance controls with audit trails. It adds AI agents that run reconciliation and data validation under set permissions, and a CenterStage module for building governed data integration pipelines. Its partner list includes Danske Bank, Nordea, Saxo Bank, Interactive Brokers, Julius Bär and other custodians.
Performativ was founded in 2020. In 2026 it raised a US$14 million Series A led by Deutsche Börse Group, with Rabo Investments, FinTech Collective and EIFO.
