Mobile client intake for advisors: data gathering, account aggregation, ID verification and file sharing
Boston, MA, USovervueproposals.comNot yet confirmed by the company
Overvue is client-intake software for wealth management firms. It replaces PDF fact-finders and long email threads with one secure link that prospects complete on their phones.
Advisors pick a template, then send it by text or email. The client follows a guided flow: connecting accounts from more than 11,000 institutions through account aggregation, verifying identity, answering custom questions and uploading documents, without creating a portal login. The firm sees responses, linked accounts and files in one place before moving to account opening or planning. Templates can be white-labeled and set up for different client types, and the company also markets the tool for RIA AML checks. A Wealthbox integration was announced recently.
Overvue is based in Boston and was founded by John Finney, CFP. Solo is $157 a month; Advisory Team is $210 a month plus $52 per extra seat, up to five; enterprise pricing is custom.
