Percent runs an online marketplace for private credit deals. Accredited individuals buy notes on it directly, and the company also courts institutional buyers, naming family offices, RIAs and funds among them.

Investors on Percent can review individual deals with standardized data, underlying financials, collateral details and surveillance reports, then fund an investment on the platform. Deal types include asset-based notes backed by small-business financing, leases, litigation finance, receivables and consumer loans, as well as corporate loans, LP stakes in managed funds and Blended Notes that spread money across several deals. Institutions can also have separately managed accounts built to their mandate. On the other side, Percent Technologies gives lenders, managers and borrowers software to structure, underwrite, syndicate and monitor private credit transactions. The company has also launched PCTX, an electronic trading venue for private credit.

Percent says its marketplace has facilitated private credit investments since 2018 and that $2.19 billion has been funded across 1,158 deals as of September 30, 2026. Its broker-dealer, Percent Securities, LLC, registered in 2023 and acts mainly as a placement agent for private debt offerings. The board includes partners from venture firms White Star Capital, BDMI and Forte Ventures. Prath Reddy is chief executive.
