Goodman Group reports a 6.4GW digital infrastructure power bank with 3.6GW secured

The developer's Q3 2026 figures show 700MW of compute capacity delivered and 400MW in progress, with two-thirds of the pipeline in Australasia and Europe.

At a glance

  1. The remainder is at various stages of discussion, and Data Center Dynamics recounted the figures in an Oct. 13 interview with CEO and co-founder Greg Goodman.
  2. The same disclosure puts 700MW of compute capacity already delivered and a further 400MW of work in progress, leaving the large majority of the bank unbuilt.
  3. The pipeline is concentrated by region: Australasia 2.1GW, Europe 2.2GW, Japan 1.3GW, Hong Kong 500MW and the US 300MW.

The pipeline is concentrated by region: Australasia 2.1GW, Europe 2.2GW, Japan 1.3GW, Hong Kong 500MW and the US 300MW. Those five figures total 6.4GW and put roughly two-thirds of the bank in Australasia and Europe.

Goodman cites Amazon as a customer on both sides of the business. "We're building e-com for Amazon, and we do data centers for them too. It's a parallel universe for us," he tells DCD.

Secured power is a queue position, not leased capacity, and the two are not interchangeable in underwriting. This publication reported in September that Goodman's 135MW Apollo campus cleared Sydney planning with no offtaker attached, an AU$1.4bn approval that tests whether grid position alone can carry a project.
