  1. Kestra Private Wealth Services recorded 67, three more than The Retirement Planning Group and Raymond James Financial Services at 64 each.
  2. Each count spans several kinds of event, including team liftouts, breakaways, registrations and executive changes, so the ranking reflects breadth of activity rather than net recruiting.

LPL Financial leads our records with 125 advisor-related events in the past 30 days, followed by UBS at 83. Kestra Private Wealth Services recorded 67, three more than The Retirement Planning Group and Raymond James Financial Services at 64 each. RFG Advisory follows at 59 and Northwestern Mutual at 58.

Each count spans several kinds of event, including team liftouts, breakaways, registrations and executive changes, so the ranking reflects breadth of activity rather than net recruiting. Behind LPL and UBS, eight firms post totals between 42 and 67, with the members of that band averaging about four events apart. The third through seventh firms sit within nine events of one another.

Team liftouts outnumbered breakaways by 400 to 72 over the same 30 days, a ratio above five to one. Advisor moves accounted for 833 events on their own, more than twice the liftout count. If that ratio holds, an advisor team is more likely to move onto an existing platform than to build a new one.
