What it does

Caddi is an AI agent platform for back-office operations at professional services firms, with RIAs and law firms as its two main markets. Operations leaders use it to find manual, repeatable work and hand that work to AI agents that run inside the firm's existing systems.

The product has three parts. Discover reads activity across connected tools and ranks recurring tasks by hours spent. Automate lets staff train an agent on a process by demonstrating it, and Govern logs every agent run and routes exceptions to a person for approval. For RIAs the published use cases include onboarding paperwork, account and transition forms filled from source documents, document filing by household, and scheduled checks that compare CRM data with Orion, Black Diamond or Tamarac.

Caddi is based in Seattle and raised a $5 million seed round in 2025 led by Ubiquity Ventures, with Founders' Co-op and the AI2 Incubator. A free single-user plan is available, and the Business plan is listed at $60,000 per year.
