Client service calendar that turns an advisory firm's tiered service model into recurring household work
Part of a larger companycanyonops.ai
CanyonOps is a practice operations tool for financial advisors and their operations teams. A firm defines client service tiers and what each tier is promised, and the software generates each household's annual task calendar from that model.
Tasks load per household each year and can be adjusted per family; age triggers (for example RMDs at 73) and life-event playbooks add dated work automatically. Meeting transcripts or voice notes can be uploaded so AI drafts tasks and record updates that staff approve before saving. Completed work feeds per-client reports, communication logs and exam evidence packs, and the tool also produces prospect service-calendar proposals and year-end client summary letters. It syncs with Wealthbox and Google and Outlook calendars and accepts transcripts from Jump, Zoom, Teams and other notetakers.
CanyonOps was built by Jake Cazier, CFP, and is a product of his firm, Canyon Strategic Wealth. Pricing is by household count: $199/month up to 100, $299 up to 300 and $499 up to 500, with unlimited users.
