White-label client portal with document vault, messaging and reporting for family offices, MFOs and RIAs
Founded 2007summitas.com
Summitas is a branded client engagement portal used by single-family offices, multi-family offices, wealth managers and RIAs. Firms use it to give clients one login for documents, messages, financial dashboards and signatures instead of scattered email threads and portals.
The platform is built from more than 30 apps, including an encrypted digital vault with version control and audit trails, consolidated financial dashboards fed by custodians and accounting systems, encrypted messaging, shared calendars, DocuSign-based e-signature and project tracking. It connects to systems such as Addepar, Orion, Tamarac, Salesforce, SharePoint, Smarsh and Global Relay, and exposes more than 400 API services. Summitas reports SOC 2 Type II audits since 2021.
The company was founded in 2007; Dan Gregerson is chairman and CEO. Pricing is annual per user with volume discounts plus one-time setup fees, on a multi-tenant or dedicated private cloud.
