Demora is now a wholly owned subsidiary of JP3E, which trades over the counter under the ticker JPTE. The company said full ownership gives it direct control of Demora's technology development, governance, institutional partnerships and commercialization strategy. For advisors and allocators tracking tokenized real-world assets, the change concentrates due diligence on one OTC-quoted parent, JP3E, rather than a 61/39 split with an outside minority owner. Demora is the blockchain infrastructure behind K2Global SMB 500, a program designed to connect 500 Korean small and medium-sized enterprises with U.S. capital markets and global business opportunities.

JP3E announced the initial 61% stake on March 20, 2026, as part of a strategic transaction involving Mammoth Labs Inc. The balance came seven months after that first step. The Oct. 21 release carries datelines in Trenton, N.J., and Seoul.

Demora's stated priorities are tokenizing real-world assets such as infrastructure, real estate, commodities, energy and industrial assets; building institutional blockchain infrastructure for asset registration, ownership records, transaction transparency and digital asset management; and digital asset settlement.
